1. Use of the Site
   
   To place an order through this website, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details used during the checkout process.
    

2. Product Availability and Pricing

   
   Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible to give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.
   
   Substitution Policy: In the event an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a suitable substitute. You will only be charged for the items you actually receive.
   
   NJ Fair Pricing: In accordance with New Jersey consumer protection standards, we do not use dynamic or surveillance pricing based on your personal data.
    

3. Orders and Payments
   
   Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability or suspected fraud.
   
   Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method.
   
   Sales Tax: Applicable New Jersey sales tax is included in the final purchase price where required by law.
    

4. Pick Up Policy 
   
   Pickup Requirement: All online orders are for pickup only otherwise specified. Customers must select a pickup date and time before checkout.

   Timeliness: Orders must be picked up at the scheduled date and time. We are not responsible for any decline in food quality if an order is picked up late.
   
   Unclaimed Orders: Orders that are not picked up on the scheduled date may be discarded at our discretion. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed orders.
   
   Customer Responsibility: Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for the handling, storage, and transportation of all items. 
    

5. Special Orders:
   
   Cancellations and Refunds: Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the request is made at least 3-5 days before the scheduled pickup date.
   
   Final Sale Period: All special orders are considered final within 3-5 days of scheduled pickup date.

6. Perishable Goods, Returns, and Refunds
   
   Perishable Items: Due to the nature of fresh produce, meat, and bakery items, returns on perishable goods are generally not accepted.
   
   Non-perishable Items: Non-perishable items can be returned with a receipt within 7 days after purchase
    

7. Limitation of Liability
   
   Sun Seng Supermarket provides this website on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, data inaccuracies, or delays in order processing.
    

8. Changes to Terms
   
   We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
